Shipping & returns

This page explains how we deliver orders, your right to withdraw from a distance purchase, and what to do if something is wrong with your order.

Delivery area

We currently deliver only within Finland. Available shipping methods and prices are shown at checkout for your address.

Carrier shipping

Parcel delivery is arranged via Shipit.fi partners (for example Posti, Matkahuolto, and PostNord). At checkout you will see the methods available for your address, the price for each option, and the carrier’s estimated delivery time.

Self collection

You can collect your order free of charge via a meetup in Lauttasaari, Helsinki. Exact place and time are agreed after payment. Instructions are included in your order confirmation.

Lead time

Clickers are assembled to order from stock letter and colour combinations. Packing usually takes a few business days after payment, depending on stock. After that, delivery follows the carrier estimate shown at checkout (or the meetup schedule for self collection).

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify us via the contact form within that period (you may use a clear written message; a model withdrawal form is not required if your message identifies the order). Return unused goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us, in a condition that allows resale. We refund what you paid, including standard shipping you paid to us, after we receive the return or you prove you sent it — whichever is earlier — and within the statutory time limits. You normally bear the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or the goods were defective or incorrectly shipped.

Defects and incorrect shipments

If an item is defective or you received the wrong product, contact us via the contact form as soon as possible after receipt. Finnish consumer law on defective goods applies: we will repair, replace, or refund as required. This is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right and is not handled “case by case” as a favour.

Payment

Orders are paid securely via Stripe at checkout. Prices do not include VAT — the seller is not VAT-registered (below the Finnish registration threshold).
