Terms of sale
Last updated: 22 September 2026
These terms of sale apply when you buy from the Clickers.fi online shop as a consumer. By placing an order you accept these terms. More detail on delivery, withdrawal, and defects is on the Shipping & returns page.
Seller
The seller is Clickers.fi (Clickers), Business ID (Y-tunnus) 3651450-5, Purjeentekijänkuja 3 A 4, 00210 Helsinki, Finland. Contact us via the contact form .
Products
We sell customizable mechanical clickers assembled to your chosen letter and colour combinations from stock, for consumer customers. Product options and availability are shown in the shop. If a particular keycap colour runs out of stock after you order, we reserve the right to replace it with another available colour for the same letter.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in euros (EUR). Prices do not include VAT — the seller is not VAT-registered (below the Finnish registration threshold). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay and are added to the order total unless you choose free self collection.
Ordering and contract
You place an order in the shop and pay via Stripe Checkout. The contract becomes binding when payment is accepted. You receive an order confirmation by email. Keep your order reference for any later contact.
Payment
Payment is handled securely by Stripe at checkout. Available payment methods are shown in Stripe Checkout. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
Delivery
We currently deliver only within Finland, via Shipit partners or free self collection in Lauttasaari. Lead times, methods, and prices are described on the Shipping & returns page and confirmed at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the goods. How to withdraw, return the goods, and receive a refund is explained on the Shipping & returns page. Notify us via the contact form if you wish to withdraw.
Defects and incorrect shipments
If a product is defective or you received the wrong item, contact us via the contact form as soon as possible. Finnish consumer protection law on defective goods applies (repair, replacement, or refund as required). Details are also on the Shipping & returns page. This right is separate from withdrawal and cannot be waived by these terms.
Cancellation by the seller
We may cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled (for example a stock or pricing error). In that case we refund any payment already taken and notify you by email.
Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our Privacy policy .
Governing law and disputes
These terms and the purchase contract are governed by Finnish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence may also apply where they cannot be waived. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi) or to a competent court. You may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
We may update these terms when our practices or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
